The Byrne Organizational Psychology Lab runs a variety of projects including studying the effects of technology on fairness perceptions, emotional labor and justice, injustice, trust, employee engagement, and how organizational politics interact with justice. Recently, we’ve begun studying stress outcomes of injustice and the examination of employee engagement.
