CLUB DESCRIPTION
How many times have you stared out at the Foothills through your sunglasses and wished that the summer would hurry up and end? How many times have you been sitting in a lecture, nervous with anticipation because you just saw the first snowflake of the season? Well, we have all been there. Fortunately, there is a group of people who have come together to help bring all you snow addicts where you want to go most...
CSU Snowriders is thirteen officers and over three hundred members who love to ride the snow more than anyone. Our number one goal is to bring together everyone who shares this passion, from year beginning to year end. And we always do it with style.
From the first scorching weeks on campus in August, we are making it seem like winter is right around the corner. The Snowriders plaza expo, TGR movie premier, parties, hanging out; just a few activities that the Snowriders do to meet new faces and join up with familiar ones.
To the snowstorm weekends in November and December at Loveland, Copper, Vail, Steamboat, Breckenridge, and Winter Park to name a few. Then to January, when everyone goes to Jackson Hole for Snowriders Fest, and March when Spring Break has us riding nonstop. All the way to April, when the Snowriders A-Basin beach party is your last oasis on the hill before finals begin... we've got you covered.
If you like hanging out in your dorm room while the snow falls a few inches per hour in Summit County, then maybe Snowriders isn't the best way to go. But if you want to get involved with your university, hang out with your friends, meet awesome people, and ride some of the best mountains anywhere, then Snowriders is definitely up your alley.
CSU SNOWRIDERS: Where the members ride hard, and the officers work harder to keep you all enjoying the snow!
