The material covered in this course is divided into the 12  units presented below. Some units may take more than one session to be covered.

The images included in each unit are generally identical to the transparencies used in class. There are two major exceptions: when I use a figure taken from your textbook, I cannot include it here,for copyright issues. As you will learn very quickly, I use many figures from projects that I have developed or have permission to use in Primavera Project Planner. I will eventually scan these figures, but for the time being get these figures directly from me.

Don't make hard copies from units we have not covered! I improve my class material constantly, so don't count on these transparencies being exactly the same we will use during the semester. And of course, these are only transparencies, not full discussions. Sorry, but you have to be in the classroom to fully get it.
