RESOURCE HISTOGRAMS AND CUMULATIVE CURVES

 

For the bar chart and other project information shown on the next page,

  1. Draw a histogram with all activities placed at their early positions.
  2. Draw a histogram with all the activities placed at their late positions.
  3. Draw a combined diagram showing the ES and LS cumulative envelopes.

 

Notice that non-working days are shown by making thinner the activity bars performed over the non-working periods. No resources are used over non-working periods.
