BAR CHART SCHEDULING

The following two pages contain the precedence network, the working calendar and a blank bar chart for the structural bracing of a typical floor in a building expansion project. We will use this project for other assignments, so it makes sense that you spend some time understanding it. The data are essentially real, and are part of the activities for a new wing of a ten-story building in the downtown of a large city. I have simplified somewhat the relationships (soon we will discuss other types of relationships in this course), and have massaged a little the original duration estimates.

Using the attached blank grid, develop a bar chart with all activities placed in their ASAP or early times. Also show with a thinner line the ALAP or late time for each activity. Take into account the working calendar.
