I am currently a Masters student in the Mathematics Department, having completed B.S. degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering. I spent twelve years working as a programmer and systems architect after completing undergraduate study, but now I'm back in the academic world to pursue a Ph.D. in Mathematics.
I am currently working on an online testing and instructional system for use in the Mathematics department for its pre-calculus program (IMP). My long-term plan is to get back into Physics after getting a Ph.D. in mathematics. I think once I have strong skills in both those areas, I'll be ready to do some meaningful theoretical work.
