MY FAMILY

Pictures of Mom.  The first one is of her canoeing on the Merrimack river in 1997. The second is of her and I at her apartment in NH in 2000. Below is a picture of her and her dogs, Nikki and Yossel.  Nikki has been in the family since I lived in TX. Yossel is only 1 year old. That's me with Yossel there.

Below:  Mom visited me in Colorado in June of 1997.  She, Andra and I went on a hike up Greyrock Mt. I knew the weather was going to be bad, but she only had a limited time in state to see the cool things, so we went anyway. She had fun, but via lack of raingear, got very wet and cold.  Despite the unpleasant conditions, this trip motivated Mom to hike back in NH where she does it all the time now.

Nikki, as I said, has been in our family for a long time.  I was pretty darn close to Nikki in TX, but when I moved away we didn't' get to see eachother much.  Of course, that's okay, because it made way for FRANK, who is a great dog better suited to my activities. Even so, it is still very nice to see Nikki when I visit NH.

This last picture is a shot of Mom and Nikki on Hampton beach in NH in November 1995.

This is Dad. He still lives in Fort Worth where I grew up.

Pam, my sister and I , Christmas 1999.

Pam is married to Walter Smith

They have two kids.  Ashley is 5 and Ryan is 2.

Below: Grandad rigged up a gunny sack swing and hung it to the live oak out back.  Ashley got a kick out of that.
Ashley wasn't quite sure what to think of the pair of stilts Grandad and I made for her.  Grandad made stilts just like this for Trevor and I when we were about 5.

These two shots are of Ashley playing a game Trevor and I played as kids called "FASTBALL".  The object is to knock over the can with a ball, and the harder you hit it, the cooler it is.  We would each sit on one end of the hallway at Grandad and Nana's and play this game.  Ashley got the hang of it real quick.

Faceoff : Trevor and Ryan.

My Dad's parents are the Grandparents I grew up with.  I call them Grandad and Nana.

This is Uncle Rick.  I don't have any good pictures of him.  He is Dad's younger brother.

This is my cousin Trevor, and then a picture of the two of us.  He is a year older than I.  We grew up living very near eachother, so we were like brothers until we hit high School adn drifted apart.  He now lives in Kentucky after serving a few years in the Army.

This is ofcourse not a complete showing of my family, but since I lack pictures of most blood relatives, this is all you'll see.
