Professional Experience

Expatriate Technical Assistance Advisor. The overall professional experience of Dr. Tinsley, throughout most of his career, has been an expatriate technical assistance advisor, which he defines as primarily the task of facilitating and promoting the accomplishments of his host country clients, and assuring that the administrative ownership of all technical output remains with the client. This assures the clients maximum utilization of any technical output, and future opportunities for the consulting entity.

Participatory Approach
