CSU PRSSA offers three different levels of membership. Take some time to consider which membership might be right for you considering your major, year in school, and desired level of involvement.
Levels of Membership
CSU Associate Membership:
- Cost:FREE
- Benefits:If you just want to attend a few meetings, learn more about public relations, and network with speakers, we encourage you to join us. An associate member also has the opportunity to join the student-run public relations firm - RamPR!
CSU PRSSA Chapter Membership:
- Cost:$15
- Benefits:With this membership, you enjoy all of the CSU Associate member benefits listed above, and also have the opportunity to attend social nights and workshops for free. This membership also provides you with access to the National Job Center. This membership is best if you plan on only being involved with our campus Chapter and would not like to be recognized as a National PRSSA member by the National PRSSA headquarters.
National PRSSA Membership:
- Cost:$65
- Benefits:This membership is perfect for you if you want be involved with the National PRSSA Organization. Members of this status will recieve:
- Certificate and membership card from PRSSA Headquarters
- Chapter T-shirt
- Invitation to attend PRSA Colorado sponsored events such as Engage 09', Goldpick Awards, Shadow Day, Treat a Student, and more for free or at a limited cost
- Opportunity for scholarships and awards
- Attend the National Conference in San Diego!
- And MUCH, MUCH more!
How to Join
Please return your membership form and dues by October 21, 2009 to Tresurer Derek Rupp or place in an envelope and leave in PRSSA mailbox in the Journalism Department Workroom, please notify colostateprssa@gmail.com
