Each group should consider what has been learned so far about the relationship among these different institutions of government and how any or each of them function that might provide a more nuanced view of republican government. In particular, is the “constitution” more heavily weighted toward one of the above forms of government?

Which aspects of Roman government does Polybius see as monarchic and how do they function? Is there anything that Polybius is missing in his discussion of monarchic elements that would lead you to the conclusion that the monarchy is stronger or weaker than the other two?
