USMA member Harry B. Wyeth's efforts led to the installation of metric distance markers on the 31-kilometer Harriman Trail in Sun Valley ID. This photo, reproduced from the November-December 2000 Metric Today, was taken before a plaque was added bearing USMA's name; another marker was labeled with Wyeth's name. (The plaques designate persons and groups contributing to the cost of installing the markers.)
