New Truth
To encourage public participation, especially in the era of fiscal responsiblility the NTA
is requesting that visitors to this site submit truths to be confirmed by the agency. These truths will, once verified, be
contained in the compendium of Truth (U.S. Publication TC-1138-42-007). The primary compendium will be stored at the Library
of Congress and a PDF version will be hosted on this site at the time of publication. The compendium will be the de facto
truth standard for all federal agencies.
