The following documents have been culled from the archives of various agencies and the National
Archives repository in South Dakota. Each has been validated and its truth determined by the NTA committee.
- Skylab Memo - In 1974 the Skylab 4 astronauts mistakenly imaged the AR-51 facility. Importantly a
test vehicle was visible on the test stand in the image. This memo documents the concern regarding the potential release of the
image.
- AR Memo - Establishment of the Alien Research Directorate.
- NAP memo - This memo describes the efforts by the National
Assets Program (the cover organziation responible for all alien technology research) to maintain a level of covert operations.
- NAP formation - This memo documents of the formation of the
National Assets Program AR-51.
In summary, the Roswell incident has lead to a large SCI black project that has
developed numerous applications, not the least of which is the Gravity-Neutral
endo-atmospheric vehicle. The GNV obviates the need for stealth aircraft in that the
complex flight systems needed to overcome the inherent instability of such aircraft
is not needed with the GNV flight systems. Thus, the GNV can be made radar and
optically stealth without flight penalties.
The F-117 and B-2 programs were created as pseudo-black disinformation projects
to further hide the GNV project (known alternatively as Aurora, MISTY, Teal Ruby Tuesday and FSM).
The best cover is one that is closest to the truth without revealing secrets,
so creating large aviation projects devoted to stealth applications has been
highly successful in deflecting investigations into the GNV.
You may be wondering why the NTA is revealing apparently classified information.
The NTA, under direction of the President, has the absolute authority to classify
and declassify any project in the government as it sees fit. The Classifiction/Declassification
Advisory Pannel has determined that the Truth involved in the GNV project is more
important than the secrecy. The truth should be clear to other governments that
the U.S. has the capability to confirm any treaty and to take necessary action regarding
any violations with use of the GNV.
NEW TRUTH
The NTA confirms that the two images below, long claimed to be UFOs are, in fact,
images of the X-12 test GNV on experimental flights.
