Pepperoni Bowtie Pasta
Salad
8 oz. dry bowtie pasta
1 cup (3-4 oz) pepperoni slices cut in half
1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 lb (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek or vinagrette salad dressing
1. Cook pasta as directed, drain
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, pepperoni, artichokes, and
cheese. Add dressing and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
