A
series of meetings and tours were held for the Monitoring and
Evaluation Team.

The
weed effort took place on most all public and private lands with
volunteers forest crews and Boulder County inmates utilized for
this "pulling only" effort.
This project, derived from citizen participation and requests
saw some of the first product produced directly from the Winiger
Ridge project and the USFS's Good Neighbor Program.
Thinning was completed by the USFS fire crew and Americorps
volunteers. The lodgepole product was hauled to Nederland by
the CSFS where is was assembled into buck 'n' rail fencing for
USFS projects.
