Early registration ends April 25th,
registration for the first two classes
closes at 8am on the day of the show.

All competitors must fill out an entry
form, one entry form per horse/rider combo.

All competitors must sign a liability
form at check in on the day of the show.

A copy of current Coggins is REQUIRED
with all entries. Please send copy with
early entries or bring and carry original at
check in day of show. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You must register for the class you wish
to enter at least 3 classes in advance.

Check-in to the paddock the class before
yours, if you miss this spot you will be
bumped to the bottom of the go. If you miss
this you are dropped from the class.

Our horse show will follow 2006 AQHA, USDF,
and NRHA rulebooks, as guidelines.
CHA/Judges decisions are FINAL. We base our
show on the rulebooks; we are not a
recognized show.

There will be no refunds for entrants who
scratch classes once the show has started,
with exception of horse/rider injury.

Please show within your ability level. We do
not need proof of your ability level, and
your placement is based upon your honesty
and judgment.

Open checks must be paid by the end of each
day.

Office fees must be paid for each
horse/rider combination.

The winners of the JACKPOT classes will be
rewarded staggered payback: 30% for 1st, 20%
for 2nd, 10% for 3rd.

Class guidelines and patterns will be posted
on the day of the show.

Dressage/trail tests will run from 8:00am to
12:00pm. Tests must be completed before
noon. Eventing tests will be allowed as long
as rider brings copy of the test with tehm.

Warm up will be held in the indoor main
arena at 7:00am, then will be moved to the
outside arena at 8:00am.

CHA reserves the right to combine, split, or
cancel any class.

Freestyle reining will be demonstration ONLY
this year. No entries are available for this
class.

Results for all classes will be announced by
the end of each day.

Two hands will be allowed on novice horses
in Western classes provided that the horse
is being shown in a ring snaffle of bosal,
and is 5 years or younger. Only one hand is
to be used on shanked in Western classes.

Proper tack, attire, and footwear are
required in all classes (with exception of
chaps and jackets). Standard English tack
and attire are permitted in Dressage
classes.

Western or English attire is acceptable in
showmanship classes.

Stallions cannot be shown by anyone under
the age of 18.

Lunch break will be held on Saturday,
between classes 10 and 11; and on Sunday
between classes 50 and 51. (course chance on
Sat) There will be a 15 minute jumping
warm-up after the courses are set on
Saturday. Any exhibitor who does not exit
the area when warm-up is closed will be
asked to leave and may be disqualified from
the show.

Please keep all trailer parking to the
Southeast corner of the facilities, on
the gravel. No trailer parking near any
buildings.

Additions or changes to rules/guidelines
(from CHA or CSU) may be posted on the day
of the show.

LIMITED STALLS ARE AVAILABLE! First
come first serve, based on entry postmark
date. Check in on Friday from 5pm-7pm, and
Saturday morning at 6:30am.
