There are 10 officers who are serving CSU's Collegiate Horsemen's Association chapter this year, plus our advisor. Advisor: Trinette Ross
Hello, my name is Trinette Ross. I have many hats (don't we all) within the Equine sciences program. I am a PhD Student focused on Animal Nutrition. I attended Montana State University for my undergraduate degree (Animal Science- Livestock Production) then attended Texas A&M University for masters of science (Animal Science- Equine Nutrition). I previously worked at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville as a lecturer in the Animal Science Department. I also was the faculty advisor the equestrian team. I grew up as a recreational rider; after high school worked on a guest ranch for 6 years, drove teams on the National Elk Refuge, cutting horse trainer apprentice (competed as well), TB yearling sale prepping, TB broodmare/foaling assistant, riding instructor. Though I am originally from OR, I call WY my home state. I look forward to meeting you all and helping where I can. President: Alyssa Demaree
