Gunnison District

Employment, Volunteers, and Internships

Full-Time Employment: Permanent positions are only offered through our headquarters in Ft. Collins.

Part-Time Employment: The Gunnison District hires several summer employees each year. Tree planting is our main activity and May through July is the period of greatest need. Positions usually involve a 40 hour work week and generally pay from $6.00 to $8.00 per hour. Well qualified individuals may be assigned to projects in any program area. Temporary positions are limited to a maximum of 6 months duration on an annual basis.

Volunteers: The Gunnison District welcomes volunteers. Assignments can be either short or long term. Please contact us for more information.

Internships: We welcome applications from qualified individuals attending domestic and foreign colleges.
