DIRECTIONSPaul and Lynn Eagan's CabinLynn and Paul Eagan have graciously invited us to use their cabin. City Park is our new home for the summer. Google maps says it will take 1.5 hours from Fort Collins to the cabin's mountainous location. Here are the directions to The Cabin: From CSU head south on S College Ave. Turn Right on W Horsetooth Rd, in 2 miles turn left on S Taft Hill Rd. Turn right on Harmony/W County Rd-38 E towards Horsetooth Reservoir. In 9.8 miles you will reach Masonville. Continue straight onto Buckhorn Rd/County Rd-44H. Stove Prairie Road will eventually join Buckhorn Rd. After 10.7 miles turn left off of the joint Stove Praire Road/Buckhorn Rd onto Buckhorn Rd which quickly becomes dirt. After 6.3 miles turn right at the end of a broken down slit log fence onto Cougar Dr. Follow Cougar Dr. to the end, being sure to stay on the main road until it dead ends at the Eagan's cabin. Park near the cabin and watch out for disturbed earth as parking on it will most likely leave you stuck in the mud.
