If paper copies of these fliers are desired:

MEMBERS: USMA members should check the fliers they want to receive and send or fax the list (with the member's name/address) to USMA headquarters. [Orders from members for the fliers also may be sent via e-mail to: valerie.antoine@verizon.net].

NON-MEMBERS: Non-members should send in their membership fee with their order OR provide a [large] self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE), with this list, checking which fliers they would like to receive. To cover the postage for the fliers, the amount of postage on the SASE should be 41 cents for every 3 pages of fliers ordered. Non-members should forward the SASE and this checked-off list of selected fliers [with their name/address] to the USMA address:
