About the Web-ster

Kirk Hallahan is on the faculty of Colorado State University's Department of Journalism and Technical Communication in Fort Collins. A former practitioner, he previously taught part-time at the University of Southern California and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He began his full-time teaching career at the University of North Dakota, before he joined the CSU faculty in 1996.

CSU is a Carneige I research institution. The department offers a B.A. degree in Technical Communication and an M.S. in Technical Communication, both pursued by students with interests in public relations. The department also offers a master's degree with an emphasis in Communication Management through CSU's downtown Denver Center.
