Dear Prospective Sponsor,
The Collegiate Horsemen’s Association (CHA) is beginning preparation for the 2007 Spring Fling Horse Show, which will be held April 21 and 22, 2007 at the B.W. Pickett Arena. The Spring Fling is an open horse show which CHA puts on annually with the help of generous sponsors and contributors.
The Spring Fling is a large show where entrants come from all over the Front Range , and the show often draws more than 200 contestants over the two days. The show runs both Saturday and Sunday, with classes in western pleasure, speed events, hunter/jumper, dressage, reining, and other divisions. CHA provides ribbons for 1st-6th place and division champion and reserve champion.
CHA is a non-profit Colorado State University student organization which strives to educate ourselves, and others about various aspects of the equine industry. The only requirement to belong is a love for horses and a thirst for knowledge. We run many events during the year such as clinics, trail rides, lectures, fun shows , educational events for children, volunteering, and much more!
Sponsorships and contributors from the community play a vital role in preparing for the show and making it a great experience for everyone involved. By becoming a sponsor, businesses and individuals are able to help fund a community event, support equine students, and advertise to attendee s in the show program and at the show. We value every little bit that helps us put on this show, and we hope that you or your business will consider being a sponsor.
Attached is a list of sponsorship levels, as well as our class list. Please return any sponsorship contributions to any CHA member or mail to the CHA office at the address listed above. If you have any questions or need more info, please contact us at cha@colostate.edu.
Thank you for your support!!
Sincerely, CHA Officers & Members
